By visiting and using our website www.hammerandsaw.co.nz, including making purchases, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions, including our Privacy Policy.
Turnaround Time
Typical turnaround time for most products is 2-4 weeks; playhouses may be a bit longer. We rarely (but sometimes) experience delays in timber supplies, in which your order may take up to 6 weeks. Please contact us to check our current turnaround times.
Delivery
Although the Flat Rate covers shipping to most locations, we double check all orders to ensure the correct shipping rates are charged to the customer, and that you have selected the correct shipping option. In some rare instances, the shipping cost may need to be amended to cover the cost of freight to your specific address. We will notify you before your order is sent if this is the case. We reserve the right to amend any shipping costs.
If you have purchased a Playhouse and are outside Napier/Hastings, you will be charged $140 through our checkout then separately invoiced a rate of 79cents per km from Napier to your address after checkout. Please Contact Us if you would like clarification.
Returns
Hammer and Saw will not provide refunds if you change your mind on an order or if it is no longer required. We cannot provide refunds or exchanges on any custom orders. Please check for any damage before signing upon receipt. Anything that is signed for when visibly damaged cannot be claimed/replaced/reimbursed. If there is any damage, please do not accept the delivery and notify us. Also please take some photos. If you discover any damage once the package has been opened, we must be notified within four days in order to lodge a claim, otherwise we cannot process a replacement. Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once payment has been made.
Payments
We use POLi Payments as our ecommerce payment gateway. POLi is able to provide consumers a convenient and affordable method of payment by operating a proxy. The proxy service means that the customers are simply accessing their original bank site via the POLi servers. POLi does not collect data such as usernames and passwords. During a POLi transaction, no one can access or see your internet banking login credentials. All communication via POLi takes place using HTTPS transport level security and no sensitive information is stored (not even cached). POLi has undertaken maintaining compliance and certification of the ISO27001:2013 Information Security standard. More information can be found here.
Pricing
All pricing is in New Zealand dollars and includes GST 15%. Product and shipping prices are subject to change without notice.

We recommend that children are supervised by an adult over 18 years of age when using any Hammer and Saw product. All products must be used for their intended purpose only. Hammer and Saw does not accept any liability for, and is not responsible for, any damage, loss or injury caused by the use or misuse of its products. By purchasing any of our products, you are acknowledging and agreeing to these terms.

This website and its content, including any photos, trademarks, copyrights, proprietary information and other intellectual property is owned by Hammer and Saw.
You may not use, modify or publish any of our intellectual property in any format whatsoever without our prior written consent.
